The fire sport belongs in Brunstorf meanwhile an integral part of the ongoing fire brigade activities.

As the action Fit-For-Fire was founded in Brunstorf, a sports group has formed, which has found a lot of joy and fun in common sports activities and pursues this intensively and regularly.

So the sports group meets every Tuesday for training. It is consciously promoted the physical fitness for the increasingly demanding tasks in the fire department and thus laid the foundation for the operational capability of the fire department.

In addition to the physical fitness but also the camaraderie is in the center.

In 2017 and 2018, for the first time, the sports badge in bronze and silver of the German Fire Brigade Association was also awarded with great success.
